WELCOME TO OUR WEBSITE,
"For no age is too early or too late for the health of
the soul", Epicurus wrote in his Letter to Menoeceus, and
so we, at Moyra Consult, believe.
We've chosen to quote exactly these words as our work motto, because
experience points out that the first step to seeking the assistance
of a therapist is often accompanied by a great deal of uncertainty
and doubt, and many unanswered questions. Let us before all things
try to calm those about to turn to us for professional help, telling
them: "Yes, you are on the right way, because there is no human
being in the whole world whose life runs as smoothly as a Swiss
watch, and because psychotherapeutical help is not only a natural
need, but it is also a sign of a person's open consciousness and
care about their emotional health and wellbeing."
Let us as a start throw some light on how the first appointment
with one of our consultants goes. It is very much like an every-day
conversation, and in that conversation a client and a therapist
try to establish and agree on the problem to be solved, the frequency
and duration of the sessions, and the therapeutic method to be used.
At the consulting room we regard our clients as our partners and
let them decide on the appointments' subjects, and, together with
the consultant explore their own behavioural mechanisms to be able
to take better advantage of their own strength to deal with their
low self-esteem, fear of life, loneliness, rejection, emotional
instability, aggression, anger, dejection, and the anxiety accompanying
these feelings. We value and respect our clients' views and would
never trespass forbidden ground, we only follow our customers to
where they want to take us. Naturally, the sessions, customers'
identities, and their reasons to seek our help remain strictly confidential.
You could reach us via phone, mobile phone, via e-mail, and even
with an SMS.
To our corporate customers we recommend an appointment to ensure
how we could best employ our resources to meet their needs.
You can use our forum to share a problem that bothers you, to ask
for advice, to receive advice, to look for information, or to learn
about our trainings.
